Our CDs and playbook have been arranged by Healing Muses with the purpose of sharing beautiful music that soothes, uplifts and relaxes. Selections range from lullabies, Celtic tunes, Renaissance dances and medieval chants. On our CDs, the tempo starts upbeat, gradually slows down—taking the listener into a state of deep relaxation—then picks up again at the end.  Please click on the links to the right to hear!

For performers, Heart's Ease: Music to Uplift the Spirit and Chase Away Pain, Discomfort and Stress is the sheet music collection compiled directly from our repertoire. Playable at medical facilities, events of all sorts, in the teaching studio, or for personal pleasure, many pieces are organized in similar keys so that ensembles can play longer sets. Scored for alto/tenor recorder, flute or violin for the treble parts, cello/viola da gamba for the bass line, and harp/guitar for chordal instruments, the playbook can be easily modified to suit many configurations.
